Our Beef

Our beef sells by hanging carcass weight and is avaiable by the whole, half and split half. Hanging weight for a half will be about 300 lbs, and with shrink and such you should end up with about 200 lbs of meat in the freezer.

Generally beef is ready in the early summer and in the fall. Beef by the cut is available in limiited quantities at the farm.
