Our Lamb

Lamb is sold by the hanging carcass weight and since we have a smaller breed of sheep, hanging weight usually runs about 50-60 lbs. You will get about 30-40 lbs of meat depending on how you want it cut and boned. We have lamb in the freezer all year for sale by the cut at the farm. Whole lamb is available spring through fall.
